As the Part-Time Assistant Track Coach, you will provide a successful, high quality, and competitive experience for the student-athletes, as it relates to the goals of the department and college. Assistant coaching responsibilities will include pre-season, in-season, post-season and out-of-season responsibilities. Coaching hours vary and may include days, evenings, weekends, travel and other hours as required by the coaching schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Qualifications:
One (1) year of competition experience in cross country and/or track and field at the collegiate level OR Two (2) years of experience at the high school level or equivalent.
Previous coaching experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR certification within one (1) month of hire.
Ability to possess a valid Oregon driver's license and a clean driving record.
A current and valid driver?s license and the ability to pass the online driving test for Oregon Motor Pool and Lane Motor Pool within one (1) month of hire.
Knowledge/experience in competing or coaching Shot Put, Discus Throw, and Hammer Throw OR Long Jump, High Jump, and Triple Jump.
