Second Assistant Coach - Volleyball
Job Description: The Second Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach with organizing and conducting practices & competitions and performing other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director. Assistance and awareness of the academic success of student athletes is a priority for all coaches.This individual works, cooperates, and communicates with the athletic department and College staff concerning all areas of program operations, including organization, equipment, and scheduling of practices; fulfills additional requirements such as attending practices and competitions determined by the Head Coach; adheres to NJCAA coaching principals as described annually in the NJCAA handbook; follows H
