Coordinator of Staff Relations
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: The Coordinator of Staff Relations provides support to the Chief Talent Officer (CTO). This position assists in human resource functions that include the talent acquisition process, employee engagement, onboarding/orientations, professional development, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), membership service, and database maintenance. The position also assists other senior leadership support staff. Maintain organization of the CTO's office and assist with employee and membership programming. Assist the CTO office in ensuring NFHS employee policies and procedures are current and compliant with employment laws and regulations. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory change
