The Heritage Program at Saint John's University invites applications for a full-time, benefit-eligible position of Program Coordinator.
This position will work alongside all other program staff members to become a critical member of a high-performing team. This person will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, help keep long-term projects on track, and handle more urgent requirements. Responsibilities
Management of the Heritage Program Office including providing a friendly presence and being a main contact for phone calls and email inquiries.
Coordination of certain on-campus Heritage Program events/retreats
Oversight of all shipping and handling of program items
Maintain internal and external communication (email, phone, etc.)
Produce regular reports and keep up to date records
Make and manage all travel details for off-campus events/conferences
Track and account for SJB-HP inventory items
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school degree; college degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of related experience in providing executive support to a senior-level position.
Ability to write and communicate clearly, cogently, and accurately.
Ability to function independently in a professional office environment without specific direction or supervision
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Extremely detail oriented.
Advanced computer skills with proficiency in use of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Effective communication and interpersonal relations skills to represent the Heritage Program in a professional manner and to build positive working relationships with all constituents
High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidential information with tact and discretion is expected
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift media equipment up to 40 lbs.
