Job Summary/Basic Function | The Head Men's Wrestling Coach will lead all aspects of a highly competitive program.
Recruit and retain qualified student-athletes to compete in the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC), and be among the top programs within the conference Oversee scheduling, practice planning, game day operations and travel Oversee the overall administration of the men's wrestling program including the recommendation for hire and supervision of coaching staff Oversee the program's operational and recruitment budget Understand and follow the rules, regulations and protocol of the University, GLVC and the NCAA Connect with the alumni of the program including but not limited to opportunities to meet, invitations to appropriate team activity and other stewardship activity |
