• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years collegiate, club, and/or high school coaching experience; thorough knowledge of recruiting practices and NCAA regulations.
• Ability to take direction from and support the vision of head coach.
• Expertise in the technical aspects of swimming.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with coaches, administrators, Cadet-Athletes, recruits, parents, etc.
• Takes initiative, hardworking, ability/willingness to figure out solutions to problems independently, creative.
• Extremely organized, detail oriented, self-starter and intrinsically motivated.
• Strong management and leadership skills; Proven ability to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and social media.
• Thorough knowledge of NCAA and American conference rules and regulations

• Understand meet manager and team manager software; Daktronics timing system.

Additional Eligibility Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must submit to a background check
