The Summer Ventures Residential Assistant position supervises teens in a residential setting. This position ensures they follow academic schedule and all safety rules, conducts recreational activities for individual and group participation. As a guide, minimum education and experience include graduation from high school and prior experience leading of recreation activities.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Qualifications for Summer Ventures Residential Assistant include: Must be available to work Sunday June 19th through Sunday July 22nd, 2023
High school diploma and at least two years of college towards an associates or bachelor's degree
At least 21 years old (for driving purposes)
Experience as camp counselor or other position involving supervision of youth
Possess strong oral communication skills to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
