Assistant Coach, Sailing
Job Description:This is a 10 month position that will assist the Head Coach, Sailing in all phases of the Coed & Womenâ™s Sailing Programs. This includes recruiting, student-athlete development, video analysis, coaching, and administrative duties such as maintaining logs and other compliance information. Assistant coach will be responsible for maintaining professional conduct, positive sportsmanship and acting as a role model for the student-athletes. The candidate must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills and must be able to work effectively with staff, faculty and other members of the University. The position supports all efforts to continue to attract the nationâ™s top sailors to our Di
