Purpose: The Administrative Assistant to the Department of Athletics and Physical Education assists in the administrative organization on behalf of the athletic department and facilitates communication between the coaches, faculty, staff, and Episcopal School of Dallas students, parents, and community.
Requirements -Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred with a minimum of five years’ experience within athletic administration. -Proficient in Google Chrome (Word, Excel, and Presentations) and other internet applications including graphic design, Photoshop, and social media tools. -Display knowledge of Senior Systems Advantage Budget Management or similar budgeting system. -Ability to communicate effectively with all constituents of the school, both orally and in writing. -Demonstrate excellent organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and customer service skills. -CPR Instructor certified, or willing to obtain certification. -Ability to use basic office equipment. -Flexible schedule, to potentially include evening and/or weekend work. -Ability and willingness to coach multiple sports seasons preferred. -Enthusiastic, positive mindset
