In this role, you will define and execute the Kerlan-Jobe Institute's growth strategy and be responsible for public relations, financial growth, and strategic planning. The Director, Business Development will collaborate with various stakeholders to establish and develop successful branding and marketing initiatives to support Kerlan- Jobe's business development objectives. As the Director of Business Development, you will represent the institution at all levels of sports organizations from high school, amateur leagues to professional teams.
This individual represents the interest of the physicians, particularly in contract negotiations. In addition, you will handle sponsorships, public relations, and financial planning.
To be a successful Business Development executive at Kerlan-Jobe Institute, you must love sports and have the highest level of knowledge about all sports, really enjoy analyzing sport, its players, and its teams. It's a must that you have excellent people skills and can communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of people, especially executives at the C-suite level and athletes and have the ability to influence and negotiate. Job Summary: In this role, the incumbent will define and execute the overall KJI growth strategy and will be responsible for identifying MD recruitment needs, evaluating new market opportunities, develop and manage the "CSKJI System" brand and channels; optimizing cost and performance of financial growth and strategic planning. Works collaboratively with various stake holders to establish and develop successful branding and marketing initiatives designed to support KJI business development objectives for financial growth. One will network and represent KJI interest at all levels of sports organizations from high school, amateur leagues to professional sports teams. As member of the CSKJI executive team, the Sports Medicine Business Executive represents CSKJI in various hospital/clinical meetings, meets with key community members and boards to best understand community and stakeholder needs, and works to strategically align service offerings appropriately. Responsible for overall CSKJI system leadership and vision with an emphasis on strategic planning and partnerships, driving market share and revenue growth, quality and clinical excellence, and development and expansion of appropriate services lines. Drives organizational culture thru deliberate, consistent and clear communication of vision, goal setting that engages all levels of the organization and aligns with vision, and recognition of goal completion and overall service excellence in appropriate manners to reinforce and reward behaviors and results that drive success.
