Serve as an advisor to coaches and sport administrators on all things related to initial eligibility. Evaluate all incoming prospective student-athlete transcripts to determine eligibility; work closely and in consultation with the NCAA Eligibility Center, high school guidance counselors, and prospective student-athletes. Monitor and evaluate pre-enrollment amateurism. Review pre- and post-official visit paperwork. Assist with the tryout/walk-on process. Perform other related duties incidental to work described therein.
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sport Management, Education or other related field and two years of experience in a compliance setting with knowledge of NCAA rules.
Combinations of related education and experience may be considered.

Knowledge of NCAA and Big Ten rules, working knowledge of NCAA eligibility.
