Reporting to the Director, Ticket Sales and Operations, the Team Shop Attendant assists in all aspects of the operation of the Official Holy Cross Team Shop. The Team Shop is a mobile store that is present at athletic contests and other Holy Cross events, with an emphasis on ticketed sports. The Team Shop Attendant assists in all aspects of department merchandising efforts to include game-day sales, online store vendor management and other Department and College events as appropriate.
High School diploma required. Must possess interpersonal, customer service, organizational and strong written and verbal communication skills. Retail experience preferred.
Hours: Game days and nights for football, men's and women's basketball and men's ice hockey.
Most games are on weekends, some Holiday work required.
This is a part time, multi-occupiable position.
