West Virginia University's Potomac State College campus, l ocated in Keyser, West Virginia , invites applications for a part-time Head Coach for the women's soccer team. This position will provide assistance to the Athletic Department in addition to coaching duties.
In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will:
Coach the women's soccer team.
Have a system in place for retention of student athletes.
Make sure players are making progress toward graduation.
Provide a year-round practice program that adheres to the rules set forth by NJCAA.
Have a set of rules governing your team's behavior.
Supervise and assign duties for assistant coaches.
At least one (1) year of coaching experience at the college, professional sport, or high school level
Successful background check
Valid driver's licence
