Description: The Head Coach is responsible for the overall organization, direction, supervision and administration of a successful NCAA Division III varsity program. Primary responsibilities for the full-time position of head coach include leading the program with the highest level of integrity, recruiting qualified student-athletes, coordinating non-conference game and practice schedules, monitoring student-athlete academic progress, coordinating budget and fundraising, team travel and supervision of assistant coaches.

Required Knowledge: A Bachelors degree, 3-5 years record of successful coaching in the sport of Mens Soccer with an emphasis on teaching coaching or athletic leadership. Experience working with students in a team or sports setting. The applicant should have a working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and have strong communication skills both oral and written, as well as computer skills. Additionally, applicants must possess a valid drivers license and have the ability and willingness to work nights and weekends, including travel.
Preferred/Desirable Knowledge: Experience coaching with an emphasis on teaching and coaching at the collegiate level. Previous experience with the college recruitment process as well as commitment to student development and student success. Possession of current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
Required Prior Work Experience: Coaching experience at the college or high school levels as well as familiarity with college recruitment.
