The Patton College of Education is seeking a Group III Instructor to teach in Coaching Education within the Department of Recreation & Sport Pedagogy. Currently the rate per credit hour for a candidate with a Masters degree is $1000/credit. Pay is commensurate with number of credit hours as well as number of students. Candidates should have an educational background related to Coaching Education. The successful applicant will bring strong qualifications, both academically and professionally, in the field of Coaching Education.
1. Teach graduate courses in Coaching Education online and face-to-face.
2. Contribute to the instructional mission of the Recreation & Sport Pedagogy Department and the Patton College of Education.
*Master's degree in Coaching Education or related field(s)required.
*Demonstrated experience in online instruction.
*Demonstrated experience with teaching at the college level.
*At least five (5) years of Coaching experience at the high school or club level and higher is required.
*Commitment to the use of technology in the learning process.
