Minimum of four years of experience in a position which required demonstration of administrative and organizational skills. Related college course work/degree may be considered in lieu of some of the experience requirement.

Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated experience in using a variety of software applications (OnBase, Banner).
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong and positive interpersonal relationships, providing a positive representation of the Athletic Director to all who engage with the Intercollegiate Athletics Department.
Possess excellent attention to detail, grammar and proofreading skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle complex budget records and assist with budget issues.
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in providing great discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality of all matters pertaining to students and work in the intercollegiate athletics department.

Coordinator of team travel ground transportation:
Manage ground transportation for all teams.
Reserve charter buses/vans for off-campus team travel.
Reserve cars for recruiting.
Ensure billing accuracy for vans, recruiting cars, and charter bus trips.
Prepare travel advance requests.
Assist football department with coordinating hotel contracts, recruiting events, banquet and fundraising events.
Compile and process game contracts for all 20 sports programs.
Compile sports schedules for all 20 sports and distribute to all entities on campus. Inform key university contacts as changes occur, Enter all ICA team schedules on Campus Calendar.
Process journal entries for Louie’s Locker Room, process all athletics department invoices in OnBase, audit expense reports and Stored Value Debit Card, reconciliations, process purchase orders.
Act as back up for the Administrative Assistant for Athletics when called upon.
Maintain filing and/or record keeping systems.
Type forms and general correspondence for staff.
Hire, train and delegate work to student assistants.
Perform other duties as assigned,
