The Sport Program Associate supports the recruiting staff for the football program. This position will assist with film breakdowns using Hudl/XOS. In addition, this position will assist with the collection of data and will help perform statistical analysis. The Sport Program Associate will meet with prospects and families and provide on-campus visits/tours. This position also helps to support with social media channels and works in conjunction with the creative staff. Some additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: administrative work, collection of high school transcripts and other necessary documentation, and responsibility for maintaining and updating recruiting board. This position works in a creative and collaborative team environment where change is embraced and innovation is encouraged.
Bachelor’s degree; previous experience working in college football and/or the NFL; knowledge of Hudl, XOS, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms such as Twitter and Instagram.
Target Salary: $47,500.00 - $47,500.00 Annually
